Zucchini, bacon and spinach omelette. Dinner for children

This zucchini, bacon and spinach omelette is not only rich, it is very light, simple and easy to make. It contains nutrients and vitamins of all kinds thanks to the variety of its ingredients.   • 4 eggs
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 100 gr of bacon (in pieces)
  • Spinach leaves (clean and chopped)
  • 20 ml. milk
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • Salt

Tips: instead of the bacon you can use pieces of ham.

1. Pour oil (about 150 ml.) Into a pan, and put it over medium heat.

2. Meanwhile, wash, peel and chop the zucchini and onion. Leave the zucchini in small cubes and the onion very fine.

3. When the oil is hot, add the onion to the pan. When the onion begins to be transparent, add the zucchini and mix.

4. Let them cook for about 15 minutes or until the zucchini is tender.

5. Add the spinach leaves and cover the pan.

6. Separately, cut the bacon into small pieces and add it to the pan. Let it all fry together for a few minutes.

7. Remove the pan from the heat and arrange all the contents on kitchen paper, so that the oil drains off.

8. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, add the salt and pepper (optional).

9. Next, add the zucchini, onion and bacon, spinach and mix well.

10. Put a little of the oil in a frying pan and bring it to medium heat. When it is hot, pour the mixture into it and let it cool for a few minutes, shaking the pan a little so it does not stick.

11. When it is curdled at the bottom, turn it over with the help of a plate. Leave until it reaches the desired point, more or less curd, and serve.
